Safety & Fitness Requirements
Our trips are designed for various fitness levels. We offer beginner-friendly adventures like Iceland's Ring Road tour, intermediate treks like the Patagonia W Trek, and advanced expeditions like Everest Base Camp. Each trip description includes a difficulty rating, and we provide detailed fitness requirements during booking. Generally, you should be comfortable walking 4-8 hours per day with a daypack for intermediate trips.

Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is required for all our trips. This should include emergency medical coverage, evacuation coverage, and trip cancellation protection. We can recommend reputable insurance providers that specialize in adventure travel. Please provide proof of insurance before departure.
